Vlemin offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
Returned products must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging whenever possible
- Include proof of purchase
Promotional Orders
Products purchased through promotional offers (including Buy One Get One, bundles, or similar promotions) must be returned together to qualify for a full refund.
Partial returns from promotional purchases may not qualify for a refund.
